Shipping Policy for 1 Fabric Silk (Australia Only)

Thank you for shopping with 1 Fabric Silk. We are pleased to offer shipping across Australia via Australia Post. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are dispatched from our store located at 1114B Glen Huntly Road, Glen Huntly, VIC 3163.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional processing time. We will notify you by email if any delay occurs.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather, or holiday periods).

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

         Free standard shipping is available for orders over AU$300.

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

Delivery & Signature

All parcels are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If you prefer signature on delivery, please select this option during checkout. Otherwise, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location if you are not available to receive it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

1 Fabric Silk is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel appears lost or damaged, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number, and also notify us at 1fabric2024@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Pickup Option (Melbourne)

Customers in Melbourne are welcome to pick up their orders in-store at:
1114B Glen Huntly Road, Glen Huntly VIC 3163
Please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
