Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Return Options
You can return your item in one of two ways:

By Mail: Follow the instructions below to ship your return to us.

In-Store: You can also return your item in person to our physical store at: 1114B Glen Huntly Road, Glen Huntly 3163 VIC.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in new condition: The item must be uncut, unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Be in original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Intimate apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, panties, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Cut fabric: Any fabric that has been cut to a specific length for an order cannot be returned.

Customized items: All personalized or custom-made products are considered final sale.

Sale or clearance items: All products marked as "sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Initiate an Online Return (By Mail)

Contact Us: Please email us at 1fabric2024@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
In-Store Returns
To make an in-store return, simply bring the item and your proof of purchase to our store within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

If the return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide photos as proof, and we will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to find a solution.
